Elia has been awarded the wonderful certification of Top Employer 2018! In this context, the company wanted to mark the occasion by paying tribute to its nearly 2000 staff.
Concerto created a teaser for them to guess what prize Elia had received.
With Concerto’s help, Elia surprised all its staff on the same day, giving them literally a red carpet and giant balloons; gourmet baskets with an individual bag full of goodies (fruit, desserts and organic drink), a badge, a selfie area with Photo Booth accessories (the best photos got prizes)…
Concerto orchestrated the entire action, a real logistical challenge to deliver everything on the same day to Elia’s 11 sites all over Belgium.
Following this great effort, “Top Employer 2018” stickers were affixed to all Elia’s service vehicles and signs on the entrances of Elia’s 3 buildings in Brussels.
