Concerto undertook the design, prepress and the printing follow-up of the annual report of Cofinimmo.
Cofinimmo positions itself as a responsible company and has asked Concerto to create their report in this way. Concerto defined the graphic line and then took care of the page layout and the many pictograms throughout the brochure. The report is divided into themes: Cofinimmo in brief, major trends, the value chain, the social responsibility approach, the nine priority challenges and the GRI reference table. The look is dynamic, colorful and very clear.
