Divercity opens the debate by giving the floor to all the various players involved (sociologists, architects, planners, etc.), who sometimes have differing opinions.
For the seventh year in a row, Concerto has drafted, edited, formatted and printed the annual report of the real estate development company ATENOR.
To further consolidate the company’s “Together for a meaningful city” message, the agency has proposed continuing its initiative that started last year with the publication of a third issue of the magazine to accompany the annual report.
Atenor thus demonstrates that beyond its status of real estate developer, it is also a real expert, with a comprehensive knowledge of and great openness with regard to urban issues.
For this issue number 3, a Divercity Canal special was designed. Considered the new “in” place to live in Brussels, this area is already sprinkled with trendy shops, nice restaurants and renowned galleries. In a practical report, a sampling of opinions from trendsetters, set off with a detailed map, the magazine puts forward its favourites and the places not to be missed, providing readers with an opportunity to better understand what’s at stake in a neighbourhood undergoing a radical revival, and to experience an original jaunt along the banks of the Canal.
